We take pride in our 7-step quality control (QC) process that guarantees the best material reaches you without any issues.
When purchasing stone blocks, our first priority is to ensure their quality. We meticulously check each block for any cracks or variations that could affect the final product. Additionally, we ensure that the blocks are of standard size to minimize wastage during production.
Once the blocks arrive at our factory, our second QC team takes over. They analyze the block's orientation and determine the best way to cut it. This ensures that we can extract the highest quality material, and we carefully plan how to create the most visually appealing patterns for your needs.
After cutting, our third QC team inspects each slab’s thickness, freshness, and finish. We also assess the polishing quality to ensure that the slabs are smooth and flawless. Only slabs that meet our stringent standards are considered ready for the next step.
Before dispatching any material, we carry out a thorough inspection in our warehouse. If we find any slabs with issues, we immediately remove them and send them back to the factory for further assessment. Our team works diligently to rectify any problems and ensures only flawless materials are sent to customers.
In cases where a slab has been flagged, we make sure it is sent back to the plant for correction. We stop any problematic slabs in the warehouse and carefully inspect them to prevent the delivery of any subpar material. This extra step ensures that only fresh, high-quality stone reaches our customers.
